How much does shipping cost?

We offer free shipping on all UK orders — no minimum spend, no hidden fees. Always free, always.

When will I receive my order?

We dispatch all UK orders within 1–2 business days. Once shipped, you'll receive a tracking email so you can follow your order every step of the way.

Do you ship internationally?

We currently ship across the UK. If you're based outside the UK and would like to place an order, please contact us at theancientland22@gmail.com and we'll do our best to help.

Returns & Refunds

What is your return policy?

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in their original condition and packaging. To start a return, email us at theancientland22@gmail.com with your order number.

Are any items final sale?

Any non-returnable items will be clearly marked on their product page before you purchase. All other items are eligible for return within 14 days.

When will I receive my refund?

Once we receive your returned item, we'll process your refund within 3–5 business days. You'll receive an email confirmation when it's been issued.

Our Products

Where are your products made?

Every item is handmade by master craftsmen in the workshops of Cairo and Luxor, Egypt. We hand-select each piece directly from the artisans — no middlemen, no mass production.

Are the products authentic?

Yes. Every piece is genuinely handcrafted by Egyptian artisans using traditional techniques passed down through generations. We offer the real thing — not plastic replicas.

Will my item look exactly like the photo?

Because everything is handmade, there may be slight natural variations in colour or finish. This is part of what makes each piece unique and one-of-a-kind.
